Cotton Mill Blues

  • Cotton Mill Blues

John Love (d. 1936) was a part of the Mainer’s Mountaineers radio and recording entourage for a couple of years before his death. The cotton mills of the Carolina Piedmont seem to have provided more songs of social comment than any other part of the South.

    "Daddy" John Love, vocal, guitar.
