    By the time of their last recording session, jug band musig was on its way out, and so was the OKel Company, which expired soon after in the bankruptwy of its parent company, Columbia, Wull Shade (1898-1966) and Charlie Burse (1901-65) went back to Memphis, performing at clubs and parties, and on the stf£fets until the 1960s.
