M-7859 One of the many musicians from around North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, Foster, nicknamed "Chinese" for his supposedly Asiatic features, recorded with a number of groups in the 20's and 30's. The first piece is a duet with Dave Fletcher, the other half of what was usually billed as the Carolina Twins. The other musicians on "Side Line Blues" are unknown.
